The subscription price changelog

Subscription prices move quietly — an email you skim, a line on a statement. This is the loud version: every documented US price change across the 28 services we track, newest first, each tied to the report that documented it.

How the changelog works

We re-verify every tracked price monthly. When a provider moves, the change lands here dated to the month it took effect for new subscribers, with the report that documented it — the same rule as every dataset on the data hub.

A service’s first appearance in our data sets its baseline and is not listed as a change — the day we started tracking something is not the day it got more expensive. The full series for any service, baseline included, is on its price history page.

How many of these are you paying?

Most price rises are only noticed months later, on a statement. Submo shows every recurring charge you pay in one place — and the exact steps to cancel the ones that stopped earning their price.
