Your receipt identifies Apple as the biller.
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name and select Subscriptions.
Select Canva, choose Cancel Subscription and finish the confirmation. If it is missing, check the Apple Account on the receipt.
Save the subscription status and end date. Removing the Canva app does not stop renewal.

Optional cancellation notice — $19.99 onceA notice records your request. It does not confirm cancellation or guarantee that billing stops. Check your provider account for the final status.

Canva says subscriptions are generally nonrefundable, but reviews individual requests. Applicable legal rights and billing-platform policies still apply. Apple handles refund requests for App Store purchases; a notice cannot guarantee repayment.

Paid features remain until the current billing period ends after cancellation. Keep the provider confirmation rather than relying on a letter request alone.
Your Canva account and designs remain available on Canva Free. Review team-owned work and premium features before the paid term ends.
Cancel before the trial renews. Canva’s billing help warns that charges can appear a day before the billing date and uses GMT/UTC, so check the actual account date and act early.

Check the selected team and account against the invoice. Ask the team owner or administrator to review billing, or use the store shown on the receipt.
Check the Apple receipt and subscription status separately. Use the Apple Account that owns that purchase.
Compare invoice IDs, account emails and team names. Ask support to trace the purchase rather than canceling an unrelated plan.
Check the scheduled return date. A pause resumes billing; use the actual cancellation controls if you want renewal stopped.
Review the owner and team billing relationship before acting. Leaving a team, deleting it and canceling its paid plan are different operations.
Compare the account billing date and GMT/UTC timing with the receipt. Contact the biller about the charge; do not assume a last-minute notice reversed it.
Billing routes, access and what Submo offers.
Check the paying account, selected team and biller. A team member may need an owner or administrator; store-billed plans are managed through that store.
No. Use the billing route shown on the receipt and retain its confirmation. Account or app deletion is a separate action.
Canva says designs remain on the free account. Check premium features, team access and any work you need to export before the paid term ends.
If Canva manages the plan, use Canva Billing and complete cancellation there. Check the final plan status; a payment-method change alone does not confirm that the plan ended.
Compare the invoice with the account, team and biller you canceled. Keep the invoice ID and confirmation for support; another team or account may hold the purchase.
No. You complete cancellation with the provider that bills you and keep its confirmation. Submo membership helps discover recurring charges, track renewals and find cancellation instructions.
Yes. No Submo account or payment is needed to use the instructions. Submo membership is paid separately. An optional written cancellation notice costs $19.99 once; a notice records your request and does not guarantee cancellation, a refund or that billing stops.
