How to cancel HelloFresh, by who bills you
Use your HelloFresh US account in a desktop or mobile browser. Check the next delivery and cutoff before starting.

Sign in to the HelloFresh account that holds the meal plan. Check the next scheduled delivery in My Menu.

Open Account Settings from your account menu, then find Plan settings and the Status section.

Choose Cancel Plan and complete the remaining prompts. Skipping a week is a different action.

Save the final cancellation message and any email. Confirm which future deliveries are stopped and whether an order is already processing.
